- For customizable items: After selecting your options, you will see an "Add your personalization" box. Enter your custom details (e.g., Name, Custom Message, School Name, Mascot, Year, etc.) there before adding to your cart.
- Tip: Please double-check your spelling and custom details before checking out!
How long does it take to process my order?
Since every item is made-to-order with care and attention to detail, our production and processing time typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
How long will shipping take?
For Standard US Shipping, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after your order has been dispatched. (Please note that transit times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons).
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Our return policy depends on the type of product you purchased:
- For custom / personalized items: Because these items are uniquely made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our end.
- For pre-designed / standard items: We happily accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.

We've got your back! If your product arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing/printing error on our end, please contact us immediately with a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or resolve it to ensure you are completely satisfied.
