Since every item is made-to-order with care and attention to detail, our production and processing time typically takes 1 to 3 business days.

For Standard US Shipping, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after your order has been dispatched. (Please note that transit times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons).

Our return policy depends on the type of product you purchased:

• For custom / personalized items: Because these items are uniquely made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our end.
• For pre-designed / standard items: We happily accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.
