Inkable Return and Refund Policy
At Inkable, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are custom-made just for you, we offer the following guidelines for returns, replacements, and refunds. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund:
- You must report any issue with your order within 30 days of receiving the item.
- To process your claim, please provide:
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund for the affected product at no additional cost to you.

2. Customer Error (Sizing, Colors, etc.)
Since all of our products are custom-printed on demand, we do not offer returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size or color ordered.
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Mistakes made during the ordering process.
Tip: To avoid sizing issues, please refer to the size guide provided on each product page before making your purchase.
3. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is lost in transit or does not arrive within the estimated shipping timeframe, we are here to help.
What to Do:
- Please contact us at contact@inkable.co with your order number and tracking information.
- We will work with our shipping providers to track the package, and if necessary, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost to you.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
In cases where a refund is applicable (such as damaged or incorrect items), refunds will be processed as follows:
- Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Exceptions
- Non-Returnable Items: Products that are custom-made (e.g., personalized designs) cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect.
- Sale Items: Sale items or discounted products are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
